Our place is just minutes from the beach by car and steps from community tennis courts, fitness center, and the Sea Turtle Hospital. We are about 30 minutes from Jacksonville and Wilmington. Two beach chairs are available for your use. Topsail Island is beautiful year round and offers great opportunities for recreation and relaxation! The space The studio is the entire downstairs of our home and includes a private entrance, full bathroom and screened porch. Your own temperature controls ensure your comfort. A mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker are provided.
