The living area and water facing balcony is on the top floor; this floor has fantastic views to the beach and mountain. The bedrooms are sizeable with comfortable beds, as well as built in wardrobes. One of the bedrooms has direct access to the charming patio area. The private, fully gated garden is well kept and charming. Help yourself to the herbs from the established garden, enjoy the private patio area, or dine alfresco with the 4-seater outdoor table. Kingston Beach is the perfect place to relax and do as much or as little as you like. There are free BBQs available at one end of the beach, located at Browns River. Kingston Beach is just 12km or 15 minutes by car to Hobart - free off street undercover parking is included with your stay. This townhouse is centrally located at Kingston Beach: there is a bus stop on your doorstep to Hobart; there are local cafe's and restaurants just a short walk away; Kingston has a range of shopping and food outlets as well as library; the area has several amazing cliff top walks - including to the shot tower. Kingston Beach is a great base for exploring all Hobart and the region has to offer - including the city, MONA, the Huon Valley, Bruny Island. Guest access You have exclusive access to the house and garden, with the exception of one locked cupboard under the stairs for the owners and housekeeping team. Other things to note We always like parents to be aware that it is not specifically child friendly- with the stairs and blind cords (that need to be manually tied out of reach) of note. There are no baby gates for the stairs.
