Located 30 minutes from Reims and 5 minutes from Epernay, our charming duplex is located in the center of the village with a bakery, café restaurant and tourist office 50 meters away. Hautvillers is a typical small UNESCO village with many sights. Free parking and 24-hour surveillance nearby with electric terminal. Pets welcome. The space 60 m2 duplex apartment composed of an equipped kitchen, (microwave, electric oven, pod coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, raclette machine...), a living room with sofa and armchairs, TV. Bathroom with bathtub, vanity, washing machine, separate toilet. Upstairs, a 16 m2 bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe. A second bedroom with 2 twin beds. We provide bed linen and towels. At your disposal a small common courtyard and a private cellar (for bike, stroller...) PLEASE NOTE: due to COVID-19, we ask that departures be made no later than 10 a.m. as cleaning and disinfecting the accommodation takes much longer. This accommodation is non-smoking, no parties or events for the tranquility of the neighborhood.
