The space Our spacious 4 bed luxury holiday lodges with Hot Tub are in the heart of rural Aberdeenshire, 30 minutes from Aberdeen and 5 minutes from the bustling town of Inverurie, with easy access to the main trunk roads A96 (Inverness) and A90 to the North East. Only 10 minutes by taxi from Inverurie Train Station and 15 minutes from Aberdeen Airport and the AECC. With the opening of the AWPR, only 20 minutes from Stonehaven and the main A90. Clovenstone Lodge sits in 9 acres of secluded private grounds surrounded by rolling countryside. The lodge has an exclusive hot tub that has seating for 8 with unspoilt views of the countryside. There are four bedrooms and a sofa bed as well as plenty of space for Z beds and cots for babies & younger children. Three bedrooms are within one wing all with level ground access. 1 Superking / Zip bed, 1 double & 1 Twin. Two have ensuite, one is a full wet room with full disabled access. The third bathroom (downstairs) is shared with the fourth bedroom which is a twin and is upstairs. The bathroom has both bath and shower. All the bedrooms are tastefully decorated with quality furnishings,and great beds and all are dressed with a Scottish accent.All level ground bedrooms have seperate outside door as well as full wall windows leading out to the decking area and the hot tub. As you enter the lodge immedaitely to the left there is a utility room and drying room, with washing machine and lodge details. Passing by leads you to the main living area, which is open plan. The kitchen, dining and living area with double height ceiling and full wall window looking out to the beautiful conutryside. The quality kitchen is fully equiped with utensils, crockery for 10 people and there are supplies of condiments, oils, tea, sugar and coffee. All appliances are Neff, dishwaher,fridge freezer,oven, induction hob and microwave/induction oven. From the living area, a level access decking area is reached with access to hot tub, barbeque and outside seating area. There is a further living area upstairs. The gallery overlooks the downstairs living area's so anyone upstairs is always in contact with the people below. It is open and benefits from the main picture window in the main living area. This gallery has a further seating area and is perfect for relaxing with a book or playing a board game. The lodge benefits from underfloor heating, it's energy needs partly serviced from Thermal & Solar Panels. Each room is zoned for individual temperature control The lodge is equipped with a full range of baby accessories and children's toys and books. The lodge has a sound system for your use Clovenstone Lodge has everything that you would ever need and is a "home from home" Guest access All guests have full access to whole of lodge and including 9 acres of surrounding land. There are fields to allow dogs to roam , dependant if sheep are in fields.
