Quaint Cottage near Stonyhurst College

This is a quaint, cosy, 200 year old cottage in the beautiful village of Hurst Green. We are a short walk from the magnificent Stonyhurst College, a Jesuit Boarding school. Situated in the Ribble Valley it is perfect for walks and cycling or as a base to explore with your car. We are at the foot of the Forrest of Bowland, an Area of Outstanding Beauty. You can also visit the market town of Clitheroe and wander through it's many independent shops or visit the Castle and it's Museum. The space It is a quirky cottage with bedrooms upstairs and also bedrooms in the converted cellar. It has been described by visitors as a 'quirky tardis' and the guests are always surprised by the size within. The cottage features exposed stone fireplaces and walls and provides such a little safe haven from the world. A huge hug in a cottage! We hope you can use the cottage as a hideaway to relax and unwind or a base to explore the incredible beauty of the surrounding countryside around us. A lovely little enclosed cottage garden awaits with a crazy paved area with table and chairs and a little lawn. Guest access The whole cottage is theirs. Other things to note Please note that from the lounge is an open spiral staircase. This staircase leads to the converted cellar bedrooms, one with double bed and one with a single bed.
