Set in Snowdonia National Park, Tan-Y-Bryn is a 3 bedroom house, boasting spectacular views across the Conwy Valley. The house is bright & airy throughout, with a sunny courtyard, ideal for relaxing or walking into the Carneddau with it's lakes & rolling hills. You are a 15 minute drive from Betws Y Coed & Conwy & 30 minutes from the Pen y Pass car park for the Yr Wyddfa, (Snowdon) climb. The Hilton Garden Inn is a 5 minute walk away where you can pop down for an evening meal or drink. The space Six wide steps lead up to Tan y Bryn, which has a small front garden with a bench and views of the valley. The three bedroomed house is bright and airy with an open plan dual aspect living space. French doors open out onto a private and sunny courtyard space at the rear of the house. With two doubles and one single bedroom, this is an ideal place for a family or group of friends to make as their North Wales base. The house is furnished comfortably throughout, in a unique and eclectic style with many original artworks and photographs made by the owners. The well stocked gardens are planted to encourage wildlife and foxes, hedgehogs, field mice and a multitude of birds have all frequented the space. Red kites are regular visitors and their acrobatic displays can be enjoyed from the stylish garden furniture. Guest access The street only has houses on one side, so the views are uninterrupted and guests can park safely on the street, directly outside of the property. There is also space for more than one vehicle. You will enjoy the whole house during your stay and the host will only ever enter the property if there are any maintenance or security issues, like windows being left open. Other things to note Your host at Tan-y-Bryn are in an adjacent property which means you have complete privacy whilst benefitting from having Jackie or her partner on hand should you require any help or local knowledge during your stay. This also means we can also make your arrival and departure arrangements simple and flexible, wherever possible.
