Arrival time: We remind you that we do not have a 24-hour reception, so the arrival time you communicate to us will serve as a reference to better organize your check-in. We recommend that you send us a message about 50/30 minutes before your arrival. Check-in: It is scheduled from 17:00 to 20:00. If you arrive very early in the morning or wish to stay in the area until your departure time, you can leave your luggage with us free of charge, upon prior notification. We only ask that you let us know well in advance. How to reach us: From the airport or port of Olbia, consider about 50 minutes by car to get to Palau. If you need to rent a car, we recommend you calculate an extra hour. You will have to drive north, following the signs for Palau. Extra services: Upon request and for a small fee, we can provide you with a cot, high chair, gate and stroller for your baby. The swimming pool: The swimming pool is suitable for swimming from April (Easter) until the end of October. We ask you to: Take a shower before entering the water Wear a swimming cap Avoid spitting, blowing your nose or urinating in the water Make very young children wear a diaper Extra cleaning: A paid cleaning service is available during your stay upon request. Rules of good behavior: We ask you to respect the quiet: do not make noise before 8:00, between 13:00 and 15:00 and after 22:00 (in compliance with the traditional Italian “siesta”).
