Welcome to La Petite Bret, a comfortable and charming house in the outbuildings of an 18th century property. You will enjoy the quietness of the countryside, just 1 km from the shops. A walk will take you to the Château de Villandry and you will enjoy many other tourist attractions offered by the UNESCO-listed Loire Valley: the famous castles, vineyards, historic districts and shopping in Tours, the Loire Valley cycling tour... The space ROOMS: The ROOM "JACQUES CARTIER" on the ground floor (15 m2) with a queen size bed (160x200) equipped with very comfortable bedding. The LOFT SUITE on the first floor, which is accessed by a wide straight staircase, which offers: - A bedroom area with a king size bed (180x200) equipped with very comfortable bedding. - A semi-enclosed mezzanine space (it respects visual privacy); it is accessed by a small staircase. There is a king size bed (180x200) or 2 separate beds (90x200) equipped with high comfort bedding. - An extensive lounge area with smart TV. All beds are very comfortable bedding and are prepared upon your arrival in double beds. ------------------------------------------------------------- LIVING ROOMS A living room on the ground floor, step-free on the terrace and garden. It includes a living room area with a sofa, a dining room area, and an open kitchen for cooking in a friendly atmosphere. Another living room is in the loft, on the first floor. Furniture and decoration prioritize natural materials, wood, leather, wicker, wool, linen, cotton. ------------------------------------------------------------- THE KITCHEN Directly connected to the living room, the kitchen allows you to cook without being isolated. It is equipped with high-end appliances (refrigerator/freezer, electric rotating heat oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker and pusher coffee maker, kettle, toaster) and utensils and dishes needed to prepare good dishes. ------------------------------------------------------------- BATHROOMS -A bathroom on the ground floor with bathtub and toilet -A shower room on the first floor A washer/dryer for laundry -A separate toilet on the first floor with handwash You will find towels (bath sheet and towel), soap, shampoo, hair dryer and first aid kit. ------------------------------------------------------------- THE TERRACE La Petite Bret' has a large terrace and garden, with teak garden furniture, deckchairs, umbrellas, and a gas BBQ (tank provided). Entry through a lockable private portal. The heated pool, secured by an electric shutter, is open from early May (depending on weather conditions) to late September. It is shared with the owners, who have the option to use it when guests are not there. We provide you with garden beds and pool towels. Guest access Guests have a personal garden area. The rest of the property's park and pool are shared with the owners. Other things to note Only children under 2 years old and over 13 years old are welcome at La Petite Bret'.
