Fitted with a convertible sofa bed, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen, relax in the spacious living room after spending a long day in the city. There’s even a work desk set up for your disposal. The bedroom features a double bed (fitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens) and a flat-screen TV. The bathroom has all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. The flat is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety. Enjoy your stay! Guest access Guests have access to the entire property. Other things to note This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Kindly note that completing the mandatory signing of the contract before your check-in is necessary. Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
