Children's hut and large selection of toys. House for 7 people. Double bed in children's room, sofa bed in veranda, 1 single bed in children's room and double bed in master bedroom (180 x 200). Possibility to sleep under the greenhouse with an inflatable mattress. The space This house is a living house: it is inhabited all year round by an artist and his two children (11 and 6 years old). Please take this into account and respect it. You will have everything available to spend a quiet time. I know we don't think of everything, and you can take it if you need it, but within reasonable limits and thinking about replacing it when you leave. Your vehicle will be safe under a carport with electric gate (two cars max). You will have a jacuzzi (mandatory shower beforehand), an unheated above-ground swimming pool, a clean and healthy river at the bottom of the garden, a large terrace on stilts with professional plancha, barbecue, garden furniture, "aromatic" table for 6 people with a parasol and a large slide overlooking the garden. The terrace extends to a large veranda equipped with a double bed and a desk area. Large garden with various swings, hammock, vegetable garden and aromatics available, river and children's hut all in a wooded setting of Japanese maples, fruit trees, bamboo and two large weeping willows. Large brazier (with wood available), fireplace in the back of the garden overlooking the river. The living room is equipped with a Godin stove with wood available, a video projector with extra large screen (300 x 200 cm) and a 5.1 audio system, a wide choice of DVDs, art books, a PlayStation 3 (with various games) and board games. Fully equipped kitchen with large refrigerator and freezer, toaster, kettle, Senseo coffee machine, electric mixer, dishwasher, gas stove, oven, microwave, fryer, raclette machine, waffle machine (and knives that cut!). If necessary there is another refrigerator and a large freezer in the basement. The dining room can accommodate 8 people and is equipped with a dartboard. The ground floor toilet is very spacious and equipped with a urinal (for boys). The toilet on the first floor is a Sani-crusher. Please do not put sanitary pads or tampons in it. There is central heating and a water softener with a carbon filter to drink tap water. Spacious lion's paste cast iron bathtub and large walk-in shower. The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine and a dryer. The rooms are spacious and filled with children's toys and books. Possibility to add a mattress on the floor to accommodate an eighth guest. Travel cot for children under 3 years old available. Extension with ping pong table, basketball hoop, punching bag, children's toys, dart board and 421 track. No neighbors opposite and very few neighbors. Cool house in summer, facing south. Please be aware that there is a cat in the house. You won't have anything to do during your stay. He's very nice, very absent and absolutely not aggressive. However, if you are allergic, it is better to provide anti-histamines. I myself am allergic to cats, but I am not allergic to this one.
