There's also a small outdoor public swimming pool and gym 1 min away. 2 mins stroll to supermarket, shops, cafes and all that Paeroa has to offer. Make time to visit towns like Te Aroha (Spa Town), Waihi and Thames (Gold Mining). Plus, you are right on the gateway to the scenic Coromandel. There's plenty to see and do which makes it the perfect base to relax and enjoy your holiday adventures! Guest access The cabin is nestled at the back of a 1914's restored railway cottage and has it's own private entrance and garden. In a quiet street just moments to Paeroa's main shopping area and directly opposite the Hauraki Rail Trail. Parking is off street. Other things to note EV charging in Paeroa is in Marshall Street (close by). Please visit the Caltex Service Station on main road to pay first. Across the road from the cabin is a lovely 10 mins river walk which forms The Hauraki Rail Trail. You can take this walk and do a loop around the township of PAEROA. Cycle hire, Paeroa Information Centre and the town centre is just one minute walk from your accommodation. Convenient for cafes, restaurants, shopping and supermarkets. There is a small heated public swimming pool on the trail and close by. Often used by guests after their cycle ride. You can walk to it as it's in the next street. Paeroa has an amazing scenic golf course which is a little known secret and well worth bringing your golf clubs if you are golfers. Explore Paeroa's well known vintage and antique shops, boutique cafes and restaurants. There's also a bargain to be found! On your door step is the famous Karangahake Gorge. Interesting walks, and widing cycle ways through gold mining history. Waihi, Te Aroha and the Thames Coast is only a short drive away (under 30 mins each). Plus, you are at the gateway to the Coromandel. There's so much to explore you will want to come back! Paeroa is just one and half hours easy scenic drive from Auckland.
