Our apartment is on the 4th floor of a residential complex. From the large balcony on which you can catch the morning sun and sit in a comfortable wicker chair at sunset, you can see the sea. The sea is 800 meters away. The beach line stretches for 5 km, you can explore a new one every day. In the residential complex there is a swimming pool and a children's playground. In walking distance, a grocery store, a market, a bus stop, bakeries with fresh bread rolls for breakfast. The space The residential complex SENAT, in which the apartment is located, is surrounded by evergreen plants and is protected from noise and city bustle. The house is located in the most quiet, green, but at the same time, the dominant part of Herceg Novi. The complex is located in close proximity to the central (historical) part of the city and 10-15 minutes walk from the best in the city beach area with blue Adriatic water. The Herceg Novi promenade is an excellent opportunity to go for a walk, enjoying exceptional views. A promenade 7 km long passes through the whole city, connecting the areas of Savino and Igalo. A lot of cozy restaurants, cafes, boutiques and marinas will easily brighten up your leisure time. There is a beautiful view of the Gulf of Igalo and the whole city from the windows of the residential complex. Within 5 minutes walk from the house there is a supermarket "Voli", a fitness club, a polyclinic, a school, a kindergarten and other useful facilities. The distance to the airport of Tivat and Dubrovnik is 25 km. To the border with Croatia - 6 km, to the border with Bosnia - 22 km. Herceg Novi is a favorite place for many artists, writers and simply not indifferent to the beauties of nature. Herceg Novi is one of the cities with the highest average air temperature on the Adriatic coast. There are about 200 sunny days per year, most of which fall between March and November. It is a city of carnivals, festivals and holidays dedicated to colors, music, children, art and sport.
