There is also a massive deck that has 2 tables and 10 chairs across two seperate areas, separated by a 6 burner, main gas supplied, BBQ (so you don't have to refill gas bottles etc.). There is a multi layered / landscaped backyard that provides a tranquil and relaxing view when relaxing on the deck. The kitchen is fully equipped (microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster etc). It is a wonderful home with full ducted heating, that is only 150 metres from the popular family friendly Tyrone foreshore. Other things to note The neighbours on either side of property are very friendly and helpful should you have any questions regarding directions to local amenities etc.
