Charming villa in front of marvellous sunset

From the port of Ponza, one travels along the Via Panoramica, amidst cures and breathtaking views. At Capo Bianco you see a long white gate marking the perimeter of the villa. Once you have parked your car in the private car park, you go down a small slope and once through the gate you enter a well-kept garden that opens onto a splendid terrace from which you can enjoy an unforgettable view of the island of Palmarola. The space The exterior of the house consists of a lush garden, a large terrace overlooking the sea, equipped with a wood-burning oven and a brick grill. Also outside, stairs lead to the patio in front of the rooms located downstairs. Inside, the building has two floors. On the first floor there is a large living room with sofa and dining table, a fully equipped kitchen and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. On the lower floor, on the other hand, there are two rooms with bunk beds and a shared bathroom, and a room with a single and a single bed, with an en-suite bathroom. Finally, also on the lower floor is the laundry room, with washing machine, iron and ironing board. Guest access The house is exploitable in all its exterior and interior spaces. Other things to note The house has ample open-air spaces where guests can relax, make use of deckchairs and hammocks, have lunch and dinner while gazing at the sea.
