There are very good mattresses, a flat screen TV, DVD player with USB connection as well as surround system. In the summer the temperature can be regulated by two air-conditioning systems. The kitchen has four ceramic hobs, oven, large refrigerator with freezer and all necessary cooking utensils. The beautiful pebbly beach of Nice is flat-sloping and has crystal-clear blue water. The beach sections are open to the public.
