And as is the case in so many places in the world, today, such houses are really gems! The two real Mallorcan Lucia and Tomeu inherited the "museum house" from their uncle six years ago. Since then, passionate, or better: obsessed was restored.....Not a single old stone, not another crumber beam landed on the garbage, Tomeu and his wife Lucia collected old, run-down furniture with her family, scratched, polished and renovated...And today her huge house is not just a cozy home, it has something Kömniglich-Edles... And what so far ONLY their friends were allowed to see....they have opened 5 years ago for guests who like to make idyllic village holidays, stay in the middle of the Tramuntana nature and want to live noble! Each room has its own bathroom! One room is a little smaller and therefore cheaper. Lucia's guests can dine wherever they want: At the great fine table in the living-dining hall or in the shaded patio/courtyard, at the long marble table in the cozy kitchen or outside in the garden....space is truly in the river in Lucia's large mansion: in the sun, in the shade, in the house, outside by the pool.........and,and,and... Guest access Our guests have access to all rooms on the ground floor: huge living-dining area, garden, large covered patio, pool and fully equipped kitchen!
