The rent is inclusive of all bills (water and electricity), unlimited WIFI, access to gym and swimming pool and you will be given 2 sets of key which makes life a lot easier :) Contact Stef for inspection: 0437376658 The space The building is located in a perfect location between Melbourne Central and Carlton Garden, you will therefore be in walking distance to everything: Melbourne Central station and its biggest commercial centre of Melbourne, Lygon Street (Italian restaurants), Carlton Garden with its museum and cheeky possums, cinema, bars and groceries surrounds the building. Like many apartments in the CBD, this isn't a huge flat, the kitchen has been enlarged to the detriment of the living room, meaning that we have a spacious kitchen but no living space as such. Tram stop number 4 is right in front of the building and 10 different tram lines goes by this stop, offering you easy access to further areas. The building includes a gym and swimming pool which you will have free access to.
