Beach Apartment in scenic south Goa

Our 2 bedroom apt is situated far from the maddening crowds in a well maintained building with a nice Garden and a small Lazy Pool. The Kitchen is well equipped and all rooms are air conditioned. A ten minute walk will take you to the beautiful Fatrade Beach Varka. The space The apartment is located on the first floor of the building and has my name plate on the door. The dayroom has a kitchennette with the necessary amenities for heating and basic cooking. The day room and the two bedrooms have airconditioning fitted. The apartment has one wash room. The building has a good security . The apartment can comfortably house 4 persons. There are Small stores selling groceries and other basic things. Few kilometers away at the Varka Church there are some supermarkets where you should get most of your requirements. Guest access The guests have access to the pool . the apartment has a television set ,a micro oven , a refrigerator ,Kettle, Toaster and washing machine. The apartment is fitted with a high speed internet connection. Other things to note We value your privacy and do not have a policy for daily cleaning.
