This beautifully refinished condo features two bedrooms magnificently decorated to capture every beautiful aspect found on Siesta Key. There are two breathtaking remodeled bathrooms. We offer quite the wow factor by our custom made tiki hut entertainment center to give you the full Florida experience, even while sitting on the couch watching TV. The unit also features a completely remodeled kitchen with large bar and open view. The space It is peaceful, beautiful and on Siesta Key. You can drive or catch the trolley to go up and down the island Guest access The entire condo is yours for your private use. The other areas are shared. Other things to note NOTE Internet & cable: If the property offers high speed internet and/or cable no technical support is provided. We will do what we can do to make sure it is up and running but we are at the mercy of the provider. Some properties may have wireless internet access only. We highly recommend trip insurance. We supply a starter pack of paper goods, laundry soap & a few trash bags for your convenience. We inventory all items. There will be a charge for missing or broken items. We are not responsible for issues out of our control. Please call us with any questions or concerns, we are available whenever needed. NO ANIMALS DUE TO ALLERGIES If you are provided a key fob or keys for any entrance there will a charge for lost fobs or keys at current rate. After hour lock outs are a minimum of $100. We do not discount for issues beyond our control, but will do our best to fix any issues that arise. Please note you are on an Island , it sometimes takes cable, internet and other providers 24-72 to respond. Hot water heaters in some complexes are limited to the size allowed. Thank you
