Enjoy the wonderful view of the NYE fireworks from home! However a 9 night min stay needed at that time and 5 days at others. Our spacious 2 bedroom house is bright, clean and air-conditioned with disabled facilities. It is in a quiet area, with good public transport and under-cover car parking. It is ideal for families with a Queen bed in the main bedroom and a single bed and folding bed in the second bedroom. A modern kitchen with fridge, cooktop, microwave, dishwasher. Wifi and smart TV. The space Our spacious well maintained home at Linley Point, Lane Cove has provided quality accommodation for couples and family holidays for almost 20 years. It accommodates up to 3 adults comfortably, and also for families with 2 adults and up to 2 children. There is a Queen bed in the main bedroom, and a single bed and folding bed suitable for younger children in the second bedroom. For older children a single bed is available instead of the folding bed. The kitchen has recently been renovated to a high standard with new appliances including a dishwasher, wall oven, cooktop and rangehood. New carpets have been laid throughout and reverse cycle air-conditioning recently installed. The cottage is suitable for those with disabilities, with easy access to the cottage, and shower and toilet aids available. The cottage has a sunny front garden with harbour views, and a rear patio area with BBQ and outdoor seating with views over the Lane Cove River. *Our cottage is "pet friendly" - small dogs only by negotiation and additional fee applies. A minimum booking period of 5 nights applies throughout the year except for Christmas-New Year when it's 9 nights. Guest access Guests have privacy. They have a private front garden and rear patio. We live in a separate house, separated by a double garage. The patio and front yard are fenced for to contain small dogs. Other things to note A carport is available for guests to use. The cottage has it's own washing machine and outdoor clothesline. Guests can access free WiFi and a Smart TV Minimum bookings apply at Christmas-New Year and Easter.
