Safe and comfortable single room with OWN bathroom

Single room in warm and comfortable period house built 1881. Gay owned and LGBTQ people especially welcome. English and Russian spoken. Some German and Polish too. Exclusive use of downstairs shower and toilet, or you are quite welcome to share ours upstairs. We only ever have one guest at a time. If you are a larger than standard person, let us know. We want you to be comfortable and can make some arrangements for tall or larger people. We have a bigger room with a double bed we can use. The space Room on upper floor. Close to a number of bus routes. 20 minutes walk from city centre/Connolly station/Bus station. House is beside a train line but it is not a busy one. Tea and coffee making facility in room. Exclusive use of 2nd shower/toilet. Use of iron and ironing board possible by arrangement. Wired access can be provided if needed, but fast wifi provided as standard. Guest access Own room, entrance hall and own bathroom. Bathroom on ground floor, bedroom upstairs. During your stay We live in the house and will be there during your stay. If you'd like to come have a chat over a cup of tea or coffee, please feel free, but do not feel you have to. We won't mind! Other things to note Care needs to be taken that mad little rescue dog does not escape, so please don't leave front door open and take care when entering and exiting. Just shout at him. :) We have a leapcard guests can topup and use for public transport, so no need to buy one yourself.
