This apartment is located in the historic center of Caen. It is located on the 1st floor. Many restaurant bars, shops and transport are nearby. The sofa, high-end BZ type, is convertible into a double bed of 140 cm x 190 cm. For laundry there is no washing machine but the Écuyère laundromat is a 3-minute walk (220 m) in the street of bars (rue Écuyère) which is convenient to wait for your laundry... otherwise the castle laundromat is a 6-minute walk (500 m). Other things to note The apartment is on the first floor but narrow stairs must be climbed. The size of the shower is 70 cm x 70 cm: not suitable for people with a large build.
