We are 10 miles from F1 Circuit of the Americas (COTA). Downtown Austin is another 15 miles. This is a newly constructed home in the country with all the charms and quiet that go with country living with the accessibility of all the exciting activities that Austin has to offer a short drive away. The space We are closer to the F1 Event Center than if you were in Downtown Austin, without all the traffic. The house is well insulated with double depth spray foam walls/ceiling, and concrete floors. What that gives you is extra quiet (though you can still hear the roosters in the morning) with durability. Extremely clean and sanitary. house is equipped with all the essentials you need to feel at home. It includes a huge kitchen with the basic cooking essentials, coffee, tea, and baking basics like flour, sugar, and spices. Please do not book here if you do not want to experience country living...like the chickens crowing in the morning, and horses grazing on the open fields, kids playing outside, or donkeys braying when strangers are in the neighborhood. Guest access You will have the entire 2 bedroom house with big front and back porches. We are located at the far end of the drive so that communication and interaction are simple and convenient. Other things to note We have DirectTV cable, AC, Fully stocked Kitchen, Bathrooms, and Laundry room.
