The space The home's cozy living room allows for relaxed gatherings on a comfy sectional sofa that faces a gas fireplace - perfect for those chilly months. The well stocked kitchen and dining area overlooking the pool, is a wonderful option for those eat-in nights. All 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor feature calming color tones and will be a welcome retreat after busy days. The master-bedroom en-suite offers a tiled shower and the 2nd upstairs bathroom features a tub/shower combo. Guest access The entire house, front yard, pool and pool deck are for exclusive use by the guests. The rear garage is a private building for storage and supplies. On occasion, you might see someone coming and going from that building but more than likely not, as it is separated from the front house by a wall. Other things to note The pool is NOT heated. It is cleaned and left running year round but it will be chilly if used before May and after mid- September. This is a residential neighborhood and no partying, music or loud behavior is permitted that will disturb our neighbors.
