The duplex was built in 2017 in one of the outbuildings of a manor house, (the Domaine de Chaumont is built overlooking the Arceau Valley, on the axis that leads from the Loire to Fontevraud. The duplex (which is adjoining another) offers two beautiful bedrooms (with a large balcony offering a breathtaking view and a large living room - with an American kitchen - which opens onto a private terrace.
