Lake Sammamish Waterfront Getaway

Lake Sammamish at the door. Swim, kayak, or canoe! Located on East Lake Sammamish regional trail. Radiant floor heat. Cozy couch looking out to the lake. Queen bed... plus SEATTLE CASCADES PRO ULTIMATE tickets during their 2025 spring-summer season! or or the women's PRO ultimate team TEMPEST........the one bedroom is perfect for two people. The space A greatroom layout for relaxing with view of the lake, a dining area, and a full kitchen. The Getaway is perfect for two people. The bedroom has a queen bed. Twin bed options are in a closet. Twin sleeping is set up in the greatroom to allow for 4 sleepers in the Getaway. ....downside is that they need to be taken up every morning to allow circulation in the living space. A creek runs through this house, and amazingly you can see it from inside! And hear it! Gurgling in the summer, a background rush in the winter. Plus the waves on Lake Sammamish. Depending on the season you'll see kokanee salmon, eagles, otters, deer, raccoons, woodpeckers, kingfishers, blue herons and all types of ducks. The kitchen.....pots, pans, cookie sheets, baking dishes. Fire pit and charcoal BBQ. Wood for a couple of fires in the firepit is on site. Outdoor dining table and chairs. Disc golf basket and putters. The kayak is stored in the upper yard under the trees. There is a large maui mat...17x6 feet rolled up on the shore that can be attached to a buoy. Host can show you how to do this.....it can't be left attached overnight because the ducks roost on it overnight.....and we know what that looks like in the morning !!!! Getaway floors and carpets stay clean and clear of sand and beach grit when  outside  shoes are left on the tray at the entry.  makes for a good clean enviornment for the  third and fourth sleepers mattresses on the carpet in the great room.....the no shoes policy. Guest access The lake is right out the door. Swim! A pier extends into the lake. Bridge over the creek. The Getaway has its own lakeside entrance. The Other things to note Not Frank Lloyd Wright's 'Fallingwater,' but close! One of a kind, for sure. Guests who are at the GETAWAY in April, May, June or July 2024 will get two tickets to home games of SEATTLE CASCADES PRO ULTIMATE or the women;s team TEMPEST. Games are played in Memorial stadium at Seattle Center, just below the Space Needle.......... University of Washington commencement ceremony June 2024-private parking spot right off 520 blocks away from the Husky stadium. After the ceremony you are a minute to getting back on 520 to celebrate the graduation with a bbq and swimming in the lake. There is a loose leaf notebook with menus from some of the area restaurants with a few comments in the GETAWAY. If you go to a restaurant in the area that is not in the book---grab a menu and add it to the collection and give your restaurant choice a rating for the next guest. Thanks.
