Villa Moringa, our beautiful property located in heart of trendy Canggu offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, and a private pool. Our villa is also fully staffed and ideally located in the Heart of Berawa in Canggu, walking distance to restaurants and a few minutes drive to the beach. Note: Potential noise from construction nearby during the day. The space Villa Moringa 2 is a beautiful private Villa that has everything a small group or family might be looking for while traveling on the Island of the gods. It has 2 bedrooms (1 with a king-sized bed, and the other bedroom has 3 single beds -> two of them are ‘attached’ to each other’s and can be separated upon request), each with its own private en-suite bathroom (one of which, along with the shower, also has a bathtub). Attached to the main bedroom you will find the TV with DVD player area. The living area is spacious, has a fully equipped kitchen which is perfect to cook or have someone cook for you any kind of meals, and is open onto the luxuriant tropical garden of the property where the private swimming pool is located. This property is fully staffed with daily cleaning 3 times per week and Pool & Garden maintenance 2 to 3 times per week. Finally, Villa Moringa is also ideally located on Jalan Pantai Berawa, walking distance to many restaurants such as the Satu Satu Café or Macan Restaurants, and only 5min drive to the beach. A true nest of paradise, right on the main street of Berawa, a few minutes away from the beach and beach bars but in a quiet neighborhood making it perfect to relax after a long day out shopping or exploring the island. Note: There is a construction site located on the other side of the road, just a short distance from the villa, which may potentially cause some noise during the day. FAQ – FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS: *AT WHAT TIME CAN I CHECK-IN? Our regular check-in time is 3pm. Early check-in might be possible depending on the villa’s availability. *AT WHAT TIME SHOULD I CHECK OUT? Our regular check-out time is 11am. A late check out might be possible depending on the villa’s availability. If you wish to secure a late check out in advance, we charge 50% of a night (through Airbnb) to block the day and make sure you can check out later. To do so, kindly inform us in advance. *HOW CAN I ORGANIZE SOME SERVICES DURING MY STAY? You can either pre-book services with me online before arrival, or arrange any kind of services, activities, or tours with our Concierge onsite, available 24/7 via WA. *I FOUND A LITTLE CHEAPER SERVICES ON SOCIAL MEDIAS, CAN I BOOK THERE INSTEAD OF VBM CONCIERGE? Of course! However note that we will not be able to provide you with any support or assistance if you were to encounter any issues with services, activities or tours that have not been confirmed through VBM Concierge directly only. *WHO DO I CONTACT ONCE IN BALI? While as your host I will always remain available through Airbnb, your main point of contact onsite will be VBM Concierge, available 24/7 via WA. You can reach out to them 24/7 if you encounter any issues throughout your stay, need to organize any services, activities and tours, or require emergency assistance. *CAN YOU PRE-FILL THE FRIDGE FOR ME BEFORE I ARRIVE? Yes! We can make some groceries for you upon request. Just let me know in advance and we will send you the payment request to pay for the groceries via Airbnb along with the invoice for them (note that we charge a 10% service fee on the bill). *DO YOU HAVE MOSQUITOES OR INSECTS IN YOUR PROPERTY? Bali being a tropical Island, mosquitoes are everywhere. While we do organize fogging twice per month to limit as much as possible their numbers and presence, we do advise every guest to bring their own mosquito repellent, or use the ones provided at the villa if any. Note that due to the tropical climate and open spaces at our property, it is also very common to spot other bugs and insects (lizards, bats, ants etc), all of which are harmless and part of local everyday life. *DO YOU PROVIDE LAUNDRY SERVICES? We can assist you into bringing your clothes to a nearby laundry. Avoid giving fragile clothes, and remember to check all items when brought back to you to make sure nothing is missing or damaged. Note that while we can assist you, we can't be held responsible for any lost or damaged items from the laundry.
