The space Situated in the picturesque village of Fochabers, this 200 year old Grade 'B' listed former Church of Scotland Manse is set in extremely secluded and professionally maintained grounds within a few minutes' walk of the banks of the river Spey, famous throughout the world for its Salmon fishing and scenery. A 16ft lockable rod box is available for anglers use at their own risk. In the heart of the Scottish Whisky and Castle trails, this house provides groups of up to 9 the ideal base to explore the North East of Scotland, where dolphin spotting is possible at the WDCS wildlife centre, walks along the Speyside way, Tugnet ice house, Monster Bike trails, Speyside cooperage, golf courses, forest walks and during the winter months, snowsports mean there is something for everyone in this beautiful part of the world. Guest access The entire property minus a store in the basement and one top room are available to guests. This includes the gym and games room with American style pool table and the main bathroom with whirlpool bath and small sauna. Other things to note For piece of mind and the security of guests there is a external CCTV system monitoring the grounds. Please respect this property as it is our family home and do not organise any parties. A caretaker is on hand to assist with any issues that may arise and give assistance to you if needed.
