Our guest villa offers three large bedrooms providing ample accommodations for up to 5 guests. Enjoy your morning coffee on the patio with views through the manicured gardens to the ocean beyond. Dive into our crystal clear, chlorine-free pool for a refreshing break. Walk down the cliff steps to jump in the ocean for incredible snorkeling right in front of your villa. The space Our guest villa is located on our private, secure, gated property in the friendly Barangay of Bil-isan. The beautiful, contemporary designed home, built to European standards spans 300 well designed square meters. Upstairs there is a huge ocean-view master bedroom with king size bed, one guest bedroom with two single beds, and luxury bathroom with shower. On the first floor there is a second guest bedroom with one single bed, spacious living room with flat-screen cable TV, lovely dining area with ocean views, full western-style kitchen, and full bathroom with shower. Outside offers a relaxing patio with second dining area that is the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee or tea, relax after time in the pool or ocean, or have a sunset dinner. The villa has Aircons in each bedroom. In the living area there are no Aircons, but very large windows that allow a cool sea breeze.Also, outside the villa is our beautiful, chlorine-free pool, manicured gardens & BBQ area, fireflies in the treetops at night, and stunning 180 degree ocean views. Our villa is perfectly located to enjoy the best of everything Panglao and Bohol have to offer… Alona beach with it’s amazing beach, and incredible restaurants, bars, and live music is just a short drive from the villa [about 6km]. Panglao town center is only minutes away where you can find the open-air public market filled with the freshest local fruits and vegetables, a wonderful bakery, and some of the best street food on the island. And, tours to the best places in Bohol, like Chocolate Hills, Loboc River, The Tarsier Sanctuary, and zipline at the adventure park can easily be arranged for you. Guest access Guests have access to the pool, garden, BBQ, and stairs down to the ocean. Guests are provided with remote control access to the automatic gate on the property. Other things to note - Awesome snorkeling and directly in front of the villa. (Scuba diving, with Dive center, 5 Min. away) - Conveniently located close to the best of everything on Panglao – Beaches, Restaurants, Bars, Music, and more. But, with the quiet and privacy only found on a property like ours. Our villa is located on our private, secure, gated property. Our pool is chlorine-free, using an ionizer filter system, and cleaned daily. We can arrange motorbike and car rentals. We can arrange private tours, and vans with driver. We can arrange shopping trip in Tagbilaran for food or just buying things at the mall. We can arrange scuba diving, and island-hopping trips. We can provide additional maid/housekeeping services at additional charge. Our Labrador dogs, Buddy and Piper, are friendly, loving and fun. Be informed, that the jacuzzi in the master bathroom is not working, because we don't have enough water for that.
