Charming 30 m2 studio located in a wing of the Château, a very beautiful building from the early 17th century, in the middle of the vineyards of the hillsides of Aix en Provence, on the Luberon road. You will have a view of the vineyards and our horses, as soon as you wake up and enjoy the benefits of the countryside. All in a unique setting, between Provençal authenticity and modern comfort. Flexible check-in and check-out times can be offered (at an extra cost). Guest access You have access to a shared garden area with outdoor furniture offering beautiful views of the vineyards and horses as well as the shared bowling alley (balls provided). Beautiful walks between woods and vineyards are possible along a marked path. Please note that the winery, being private, is not accessible for free walks. Staying in this exceptional winery, you can discover the Château Barbebelle cellar, participate in a wine tasting and enjoy the surrounding landscapes. Other things to note Following the confirmation of your reservation, you will receive an email with a link that will allow you to access the apartment guide. You'll have the option to choose flexible check-in times for an additional fee. The order must be received by us no later than the day before your arrival before 6 p.m. (Early check-in 1 p.m.: €30). - Parties and tranquility: Parties and other events are not permitted. Please respect the neighborhood and the tranquility of the estate. Live owners on site. - Child safety: All children are welcome! However, the house has stairs: it is not possible to install a safety barrier. Two fountains are a few meters from the entrance to the estate. Their depth is limited, but your children remain your sole responsibility. Please always supervise your children during your stay. - A living winery You will stay in the heart of an authentic winery. The environment is generally very quiet and conducive to rest, but as in any agricultural area, you may occasionally come across a tractor, a machine or a vehicle related to the work of the vineyard. It's part of the charm and authenticity of the place. - Animals on the estate: The property is also home to animals: - Three adorable dogs, which you can meet from time to time in the company of their owners. - Chickens, ponies and horses, installed in their private spaces. What's nearby: About a 15-minute drive away, you'll also find a freshwater point (paid access), perfect for family swimming. The village of Rognes is known for its blonde stone, its Provençal market and its pleasant walking paths.
