The granny-flat is a self-contained bed-sitter with ensuite, cooking facilities, microwave and refrigerator. It has views over the valley, looking toward the Nightcap Ranges. The room is attached to the farmhouse situated on 100 acres with a private entrance and a covered verandah area. 25 minutes to local beaches and 40 minutes from Byron Bay. Covered car parking available with direct access to the room. Shopping facilities 10 minutes away. The space Our home is on a hobby farm - cattle, sheep, goats and chickens. It is a rural setting but only 10-15 minutes from shops. During your stay We are retired and so mostly at home. Other things to note Our home and grounds are non-smoking.
