Beachfront cottage, private fenced dogs welcome

One bedroom, ground floor of our villino on the bay of small village Pozzarello. independent entrance with some shared outside areas. on the BEACH but on the road too, so do expect some car noise in season, access the beach by a private underpass in 30 seconds- never needing to cross the road great for family. Lovely & cool in summer with aircon. fenced in outdoor space. Parking included and right outside the house gate. Park and then walk or bike for the rest of your stay in the area. The space I hope you’ll love our home, it is well priced as its very spacious, newly renovated to high standard, cosy and a bit of everything- on the beach, in the town and has a lovely garden. The bedsheets and beach and bath towels are included and are a lovely quality. We live there too in the summer so it's well equipped for the busy, modern family. It's right on the edge of the bay, so a sea view to the front and beautiful hills and countryside to the back of the villa. There is a nice outdoor space/ chill out area. One of the advantages of being so close to the sea is that you can go anytime of day and you can navigate by foot or bike (we have two free bikes to use to get about) or bus quickly getting to Porto Santo Stefano the city hopper bus is 20m from your door. You are never too far away from the bustle. If that's what you like, this is your place. It's local, but touristy, great balance to have an easy holiday. Furnishings are refreshingly fine and to a high standard. Its all yours. Super private and you can come and go as you please. Easy to get to, just put in Hotel Baia d'Argento, or Casa HC on Goggle maps and take a left to enter the Hotel Baia D'Argento and its the yellow villa on your right (#23), when your back is to the sea. It has a wooden gate and a welcome sign outside. The villa is surrounded by a fenced, private garden it is about 50m2. You have sun on the back patio until it drops behind the hills at 6pm. Really pretty. You have very convenient parking right in front of the gate, so that's handy for gear. The beach is 15 seconds away and if you mention my name the beach clubs will give you a good day rate to hire beds and an umbrella. Happy to share all the best places to hang and people watch. Easy to get to, just put in Hotel Baia d'Argento, Porto Santo Stefano or Casa HC in you navigation and take a left after the hotel and its the yellow villa on your right. Awesome for doing what you feel like. Gated and super safe area especially great for kids and dogs alike. Rent a boat, sail, go to Giglio, take a hike, ride our bikes or just kick back sunbathe and snorkel :) So many options..... Other things to note It is on the road, which we love as we are in the middle of sea, city and life. We have two small kids, who come and go as they please to the beach and potter in the garden and we all walk to the next bay and snorkel. It works really well if you don't want to drive ALL the time.
