Lakes Craters & Great Ocean Road 1 bedroom

We live on a small farm (10acres) currently we have 6 young steers (beef cattle) on the place. We are in the middle of whats known as the Lakes & Craters area of South West Victoria. Fifty minutes drive would take you to Lavers Hill or Beech Forest where you could explore the beautiful Otway Ranges Rainforest. Or take a walk through the tree tops at the world renowned Otway Fly. Just 30 mins. from Port Campbell and the Great Ocean Road. Where you can visit the 12 apostles, Lochard Gorge, etc. The space The house block is on about an acre , and is about 150 metres from the road so has minimal road noise and quiet gardens and space to sit and enjoy outside. Bedrooms in the house are a generous size and there is hanging and drawer space for clothes and personal items. A very spacious kitchen and living area and a new bathroom with bath. Their is a wood fire in living area as well as reverse cycle airconditioner. There is a laundry and outside clothes line. Guest access Quests can access kitchen, living area, laundry, bedrooms and bathroom . There is also extra toilet and shower if needed in laundry. During your stay Available at all times.
