Lodge with pool & XXL terrace, 3 suites, near Lyon

Our 115 m2 air-conditioned gîte is conveniently located in Saint-Cyr-au-Mont-d'Or, just minutes from Lyon by public transport (stop 1 min away). It consists of a 45 m2 living room with an equipped kitchen (cooktop, microwave grill, refrigerator, dishwasher...), 3 bedrooms with TV, private bathroom. From the living room and bedrooms you can access a large terrace, an outdoor 15 x 4 m saltwater pool, many deckchairs and armchairs available. The space At the heart of the Effet Lodge guest house with warm Scandinavian-inspired decor, you have a separate entrance with a large living room-kitchen upstairs with everything you need (utensils, cutlery, pots, dishes, large fridge-freezer, large oven, microwave, filter coffee maker...) opening onto a large terrace with a charcoal barbecue. There are 3 bedrooms with their own bathroom, TV in each bedroom, a 7th bed is possible (real mattress), 1 baby bed is also available on request. The entire accommodation has recently been air-conditioned (work in spring 2025) to ensure better comfort during the summer. The garden brings together many local or tropical species conducive to relaxation and reverie. Lying in our sun loungers or swimming in our saltwater pool will allow you to relax after a nice day strolling the streets of Lyon! Badminton rackets and a Molky game will delight the most playful😊. Free parking is available as well as many places nearby. The house is also connected to the TCL network, a bus stop 150 m away connects to the Gare de Vaise metro in just 8 minutes. Ideal for visiting Lyon without the hassle car. Bordering Lyon, the city center is only 8 km away, it is also the ideal starting point for exploring the capital of Gaul, Beaujolais, the villages of Pierres Dorées and of course to eat at the Paul Bocuse restaurant which is only 5 km away. Our house is right next door, and we are available to make your stay near Lyon go smoothly (choice of restaurants, taxi booking, ideas for walks in Lyon...) Other things to note No smoking allowed Charging an electric vehicle using the accommodation's outlets is not allowed. The pool and garden are shared with our family if we are present. The swimming pool is heated by a heat pump powered by solar panels and is generally around 28 degrees in spring (if outside temperatures allow) and in fall, and 32 degrees in summer. Access is possible from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. in summer or even more during a heat wave or particular constraint. Diving bombs are prohibited to maintain a satisfactory water level and an acceptable pH. In spring and autumn, the opening of the pool is possible only in case of good weather conditions (acceptable day and night temperature level) and on request to preserve its temperature (heat pump).
