Made from traditional stone of the island, a total area of 120 m2, consists of 2 bedrooms, one office, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, large living room, and large outdoor courtyard. In total it accommodates 6-8 persons. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden. The house is located 50 meters from the most beautiful bay of Koundouros, an almost private picturesque bay where you can swim in calm water. Beautiful villas and water-wheel villas comprise the quiet neighborhood. At 1.5 km you will find a fully organized beach (Porto Kondouros Beach), with restaurant, bar, playground, sandy beach and crystal clear waters. In 2 km there is the beach with water sports, skiing and scuba diving. The island has many other beautiful beaches accessible by car and many villages to visit.
