Mondinica Heritage House / with heated pool

Recently renovated beautiful town house, placed in an authentic Croatian village. Dobrinj is just far enough to escape from the busy touristy coastal villages, but close enough to visit them all (if you wish). Nearest beach is just 4 km away, nearest shop just 50 meters. Restaurant is also just 20 meters from the house. The space The first stone was placed somewhere around 1835. In the year 1927 my grandfather built the house as it looks today. He made it for his family and his wife, whose nickname was Mondinica. My grandfather was a mason, but also a sculptor. He made a facade of the house with ornaments and little angels which are the house logo. We renovated the house in 2018. The old concept of the house was preserved as much as possible, adding it functionality and comfort. Many of the old furniture which was part of the house, like closets, night cabinets, doors etc. was also renovated. But also a great amount of various household items. All the paintings displayed, where originally in the house before. In the basement you may find variety of cookware, dining sets, kitchen appliances etc. The house consists of ground floor and upper floor, basement and a yard. There are 5 bedrooms, three located in ground floor and two in upper floor. Every room has its bathroom. In ground floor there is spacious living room, kitchen and a big dining area. In the upper floor there is a lounge area. There are two large terraces, a basement and a barbecue area and a yard with a heated and cooled pool. Guest access The villa is rented in its entirety, all spaces are exclusively available to the guest. Other things to note The house is fully equipped.
