Description

My apartment is located right in the Center of Tbilisi, 5 minutes away from Rustaveli Avenue and the Old City. It is a few minutes walk to Alexander Gardens, shops, and other tourist attractions. The apartment is located in a unique 19th century building on a quiet street. The space The apartment is spacious with high ceilings. freshly renovated. It is the only apartment in the building with a balcony, where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the old city. Other things to note Hi! My name is Marie and I own 2 room apartment at Rezo Tabukashvili 14. Our apartment, where 3 generations of my family were born and grew up, is on the 3rd floor of an old Tbilisi house built in the second half of the 19th century. The house has the status of a monument of historical heritage of Georgia. The house is located in the heart of Tbilisi, within walking distance from the Alexandrovsky Garden, the new residence of the President of Georgia on Atoneli Street, as well as within walking distance from Rustaveli Ave., and Baratashvili Street, where the Old Town begins. Museums, state institutions, shops... all within a few meters of you. The entire apartment is at your disposal. The apartment itself is bright and clean, recently renovated, with high ceilings - 3.5 m high. The windows overlook the central, but quiet street. There is a terrace - balcony with wonderful views of the old town. The apartment can accommodate up to 5 guests. In the neighboring streets there are two active Orthodox churches of the 19th century: Kashveti and the Church of St. Trinity (little Sameba). Our entrance has a unique wooden staircase. Few people know that in this house in Soviet times lived a famous Georgian cartoonist Gigla Pirzhalava, brother of the poet Titian Tabidze, and close relatives of Beria. Please don't hesitate to let me know if I can answer any questions. Waiting for you in Tbilisi!
