Beautiful and clean. Locate at the middle area of burnaby, which is very convenient. Also have a good traffic to go anywhere. 5-10 mins walking to the Metrotown, crystal mall, and Central park etc. Of course, there are many bus stations near by, which can go to sky train. Everything is clean, sanitized, and comfortable. Hope you can have a good experience and environment during the time. Also we are so glad to let you in. You will have a wonderful experience here!!! The space Only can live 4 adults person. This unit can not live more than that. We will charge u $100 for each extra one person if we find out. Also, we will report it to the Airbnb. And we do have the full time camera around the whole area. Plz follow the rules! Thanks! Plz respect to each side! Also this unit is located at the busy area. We can not promise there is no noise during ur stay. Hope u can understand. Plz do not live more than 4people. This unit is not good to more people. Also be kind and quiet during ur stay. Plz respect! This is a basement unit. Plz know this point before u book. Thanks! And we do not have hot tub! Other things to note The entrance is in the front not the back side. Plz use front entrance to go to the unit. The unit is on the back side. From the front entrance u can go to the back yard, go downstairs and then the unit is a private basement- right ‘welcome’ sign door. And the lock, press the number it shows , and then enter the passcode, then press the lock button. Plz Do not park in front of the garbage door. No parking area at the back yard. U can park in the front private street. And do not leave any expensive items in the car. Plz do not wear outside shoes inside. No smoking! No pets! No alcohol! No party! No drugs! Thank u very much!
