Cozy guest house with amazing view

Surrounded by rolling hills, olive groves and wild gorges lies Picus Guest House overlooking lake Butoniga. Podmeja is a small authentic village where you can buy local olive oil, jam, wine, honey...The beautiful natural surroundings invite for strolls or hikes. This is also a peaceful base for exploring the peninsula. The house is cozy and furnished with many hand-made items. Special features for kids: hobbit house, zip line, rabbits. As your neighbors we will try to help you in any way we can. The space The house is an open space studio with bedroom and bathroom upstairs, and kitchen/living room (incl. sofa bed) downstairs, spacious balcony and terrace. The kitchen is well equipped. There's a wood burning stove, AC, dishwasher, and a bathtub with a view. Guest access The balcony and terrace that connect the two houses will be totally to your disposal. The land around the house is about 2000 square meters and you're welcome to use it. At a view point in the garden, there is a little hobbit house with a grass roof, half dug into the ground. It's good for kids to play in. Next to that is a fireplace for barbecue. Other things to note We have a cat that might visit you on the veranda. She likes to be cuddled. However, she's not allowed into the guest house out of consideration for guests with a cat hair allergy. You might hear our kids or see them running around in the garden from time to time.
