The villa is extremely peaceful and comfortable, ideal for a relaxing holidays or remote working. Wake up to a beautiful sunrise, have breakfast al fresco in the terrace enjoying the beautiful views. You can then go to the nearby beaches. Come back to our peaceful villa for a re-energising siesta, while kids can play in the swimming-pool, basketball or ping-pong in the garden. In the evening, you can cook a barbecue and dine outdoors. This villa offers rest and fun for all the family. The space Welcome to a paradise of peace in the middle of the countryside. The house has a large living-room equipped with a dining-table and comfortable sofa and armchair. The kitchen is equipped with latest generation Siemens kitchen appliances. The house has three bedrooms: Two double bedrooms with King size bed and the 3rd bedroom has twin beds. Every room is furnished with lots of storage space (Built-in closet, chest of drawers, side tables). The house has a large terrace overlooking the garden and equipped with two dinning-tables. This space is really lovely to enjoy an outdoor meal. On the ground level there is a large garden with a brand new swimming-pool, a basketball hoop, a Ping-Pong table, a barbecue and a very large porch equipped with a dinning-table. La Pobla is a very laid-back village with a butcher, a couple of bakeries and even a restaurant. Bigger shopping malls like Carrefour or Lidl and more restaurants are just 5 minutes away by car in the neighboring town Torredembarra. Explore the most beautiful beaches of the Golden Coast. Enjoy Port Aventura World, the leisure complex featuring the Port Aventura and Ferrari land theme parks, the water park Caribe Aquatic Park and more. Barcelona and Tarragona are really close and easy to reach by either car or train (Torredembarra station). We also strongly recommend the visit to the beautifull small mediterranean towns of Altafulla, Torredembarra, El Roc de Sant Gaietà (Roda de Berà), Cambrils and the trendy Sitges. Guest access There is plenty of parking space right in front of the house and throughout the neighborhood.
