Skäret - sea view in the middle of nature

In the middle of Skärets untouched nature with unobstructed views of the sea and Kullaberg is our cozy and modernly decorated 40 m2 wooden house with 120 m2 terrace. You live next door to the historic café Flickorna Lundgren and are only 1 km from St. Arilds golf club. There is a charger for electric cars. The space The house is 40 m2 with an open plan: Combined living room and kitchen, 1 separate bedroom, sleeping loft and bathroom. In the bedroom, there are 2 bunk beds - one with a 140 bed + 90 bed, the other with two 90 beds. In addition, there is a sleeping loft with two 90 cm mattresses and a really nice sofa bed in the living room with two beds (one 140 cm bed). In the bathroom there is a shower, sink, toilet and a small washing machine. There is an open small kitchen in connection with the living room. In the kitchen there is: fridge, dishwasher, induction stove, oven and microwave. From the kitchen and living room, there is a large sliding door in glass so you can go directly out onto the terrace with a sea view. Also on the inside of the house, there is a terrace with exit from both bedroom and kitchen/living room. On the terrace, there is outdoor furniture on both the front and back as well as sun loungers. In the garden shed, there is a small sauna for 2 people with windows facing the sea. Outdoor shower. There is also an extra refrigerator with freezer compartment and space for storage of equipment such as golf clubs, bicycles or other. Guest access On the property, there are 2 parking spaces and an electric car charger. There is a wooden terrace of about 120 m2 that goes around the whole house with several patios. Gas grill is available. It is only about 500 meters to the swimming jetty in Skäret if you walk across the meadow.
