Former cider apple press converted into a country house, this atypical property has a special charm; it brings you closer to nature; set on a wooded plot of 3000 m2 surrounded by fields, it ensures absolute calm. It is located 35 min from Honfleur, 45 min from Deauville Trouville, 60 km from Rouen and 1h20 from Paris Saint-Lazare by train (Bernay station 15 km from the house). Two equestrian centers are 5 km from the house. The space The house has a wood stove (wood available at will), a garden table with four chairs. A wrought iron baby crib is in an upstairs bedroom. Bed linen and towels are provided as an option only. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. Guest access Guests have the entire house as well as the garden, there is no one else on the property. Other things to note For smokers: I remind you that smoking is not allowed in the house. Natural air conditioning thanks to the thatched roof in case of high temperatures or heat wave; in addition, the garden is shaded in places because it is surrounded by century-old trees.
