Our beautifully appointed boastful back room awaits your stay! This private 700 sq ft suite features natural light from the window-lined walls and skylights. With the rustic color scheme, super comfortable queen-sized bed, private full bathroom, living area, and dining area - why stay anywhere else? Up to six (6) guests may rest comfortably and a complimentary continental breakfast is included each morning in our ridiculously low nightly rate! We are pleased to have been granted our certificate and registration number with San Francisco’s Office of Short-Term Rentals in order for us to legally be able to hosts guests in our home for less than 30 days and are required to advise all guests of the following information: “Possession of a San Francisco Short-Term Rental Registration Certificate certifies that the registration certificate holder has agreed to comply with the terms of the San Francisco Short-Term Residential Rental Ordinance (San Francisco Administrative Code Section 41A). This ordinance does not require an inspection of the unit by the City for potential Building, Housing, Fire, or other Code Violations.” Suite B is an 700 square foot separate structure connected in the back of our house that was constructed with an entire wall of windows, has multiple skylights, barn-style doors that open to the back yard and is accessed at the end of the main hallway through a private and secure door then down six (6) steps. This light and sunny studio style suite features a bedroom area with queen size bed, two (2) nightstands, chest of drawers, and armoire to store personal belongings. The living area includes a wall mounted television, built-in decorative fireplace, two (2) sleeper sofa's, two (2) oversized chairs, dining table with up to six (6) chairs, coffee table, separate sink from the bathroom, and a private bathroom with a large shower stall, sink, and toilet. Please note the following when making your reservation: 1) Max 28 Nights: We do not accept reservations longer than 28 nights. 2) Additional Guests: After the first (1st) guest on a reservation, there is an additional fee per guest, per night. By not including all guests on the original reservation that are staying in our home would be a violation of our house rules and subject the entire reservation to immediate termination without refund. 3) Animals: While we DO permit guests to bring a maximum of one (1) animal with them during their stay, there are additional fees and specific rules regarding animals in our home. Not including the animal on the original reservation and/or not following the rules would be a violation and subject the entire reservation to immediate termination without refund. ESA and Service Animals are exempt from the additional fees, but not the rules. 4) A complimentary breakfast and snacks are provided as a courtesy only and do not change the nightly rate. 5) House Rules: We have put time and effort into thoughtful policies for our home called the "House Rules." For the safety and courtesy to us and all of our guests, we expect you to read and respond to our communications and follow all of our House Rules. Guest access All guests have access to the shared Living Room, Dining Room, and Kitchen. Our newly remodeled kitchen with six (6) burner Blue Star range, new Samsung Smart Refrigerator with built-in tablet and internet connectivity, dishwasher, kitchen accessories, cookware, plates, glasses, condiments, etc. Laundry facilities are also available in the garage and may be used for no additional fee. During your stay Michelle owned and operated an award winning residential property management firm in San Francisco for 25+ years and knows SF very well. She is happy to assist you with any specific needs and best routes of travel but also believes that the privacy of all of her guests/residents is imperative. She is quite busy growing her new endeavor, Clean Composting Company where she invented The Compost Collector®. Other things to note Furry Friends are Welcome!: We are animal lovers!!! We made the decision to offer the acceptance of well-behaved, flea free animals for short-term stays. So, for those individuals with allergies to our canine and feline friends, please understand that animals come and go at this location. We permit up to two (2) dogs or cats per suite per stay. Please note that our backyard is not accessible to guests for their animal(s) and all animals are required to be with their human and not run freely throughout the house. Smoking/Vaping: Is not permitted anywhere inside of the premises. If you must partake, please do so outside and use the ashtrays provided.
