Quiet house, Christmas markets, Europa Park

Come and discover Strasbourg and its Christmas markets, Europapark/Rulantica 35 minutes away, and the Alsace Wine Route. (Near the A35) Nice, quiet outbuilding a 12 km drive from the center of Strasbourg. Fully renovated, with kitchen and bathroom, private entrance, parking in the inner courtyard with secure gate/cameras, terrace overlooking the garden which leads to a walking path by the water. Baby cot (crib)/baby chair, bikes available. Coffee/tea available. Swimming pool not included in the rental. The space The cottage is completely independent, and the French door opens onto a terrace overlooking a long garden. The pool is not included in the rental. At the end of this garden, there is a river with a path for walking or fishing. Access to the cottage is via a secure gate with a keypad. Our house is attached to the maisonette, so we are on site if needed. There is also a surveillance camera system with alarms at the entrance to the gate of our house and our courtyard and around the pool. There are no cameras in the cottage. Parking in the courtyard is secure. Guest access The yard where you can park is shared with us since our house is attached to the cottage. Other things to note The place is very quiet and relaxing. The cottage has been fully restored. We love to host and will be at your disposal to make your stay as pleasant as possible. If you need to use the barbecue, please let us know in advance as there is a surcharge of 10 euros per use.
