Quiet house, Christmas markets, Europa Park

Come and discover Strasbourg and its Christmas Markets, Europapark/Rulantica 35 minutes away, the Alsace Wine Route. Nice quiet outbuilding 12 km drive to the center of Strasbourg. Completely renovated, with kitchen and bathroom, private entrance, parking in inner courtyard with secure gate/cameras, terrace overlooking garden that leads to a waterfront promenade. Baby bed/chair, bikes available. Coffee/tea available. Pool excluded from rental. The space The cottage is completely independent and the French window opens onto a terrace that overlooks a long garden. The pool is not included in the rental. At the end of this garden there is a river with a path to walk or fish. There is the possibility of putting the car away in the garage. Access to the cottage is via a secure gate with digicode. Our house is attached to the cottage, so we are on site if needed. There is also a surveillance camera system at the entrance of the gate of our house and yard. No cameras are present in the house. Parking in the yard is secure. Guest access The yard where you can park is shared with us since our house is attached to the cottage. Other things to note The place is very quiet and relaxing. The cottage has been fully restored. We love to host and will be at your disposal to make your stay as pleasant as possible. If you need to use the barbecue, please let us know in advance as there is a surcharge of 10 euros per use.
