Shoreline Haven - Walk to patrolled Beach.

Shoreline Haven is in an ideal location, the ocean only a flat 600m walk away. This is a duplex which is spacious and comfortable, has a smart TV, NETFLIX and WIFI. There is an outdoor area for BBQ 's. There are two air conditioners and each bedroom has ceiling fans. It is an easy level walk to the Sports Club, patrolled beach, tennis courts, oval, bike track to Shoal Bay shops. On the foreshore you will also find a children's playground, Saltwater restaurant and the Longboat cafe. The space Shoreline Haven is a 3 bedroom duplex situated in a quiet area of Fingal Bay. It has full kitchen and laundry facilities, and has a bath tub in the main bathroom. The main bedroom has a QUEEN sized bed and an ensuite. There is a built in wardrobe and plenty of space for a portable cot (not provided). Bedroom 2 also has a QUEEN sized bed and plenty of storage space with a built in wardrobe. Bedroom 3 has one KING SINGLE and SINGLE bed and a built in wardrobe. The dining area comfortably seats 6 at the dining table plus 2 bar stools at the bench. The display cabinet in this area has some books to read and there are plenty of board games in the cupboard for your enjoyment. The living room is cosy and comfortable with air conditioning, WIFI and a SMART TV. With NETFLIX. Outside you will find a paved under cover area with a BBQ and comfortable outdoor lounge. There is a back gate and you will find the wheelie bins just outside this gate. Linen is provided for stays of 5 days or more. Guest access The whole home is for your enjoyment Other things to note Bins go out on Sunday night. There is a watering system in the front garden.
