Other things to note *2025 UPDATE* We added a wall unit air conditioner in the master bedroom for even cooling throughout the house. While we do not allow cats, non-shedding dogs are considered on a case-by-case basis for an additional $150 pet fee. Children's books, games, toys, Stokke chair, high chair, and portable crib (Pack ‘n’ Play) are available for guests' use. The living room fireplace is not functional. Please use the gas fireplace in the sunroom instead. The master bedroom is private and reached via a dedicated stairway. In compliance with the local building code, there is no door at the bottom of the stairway. Televisions with Netflix are located in the upstairs bedroom and basement den. The den also has a DVD player.
