Nelson House - Attic room

Charming converted character home residing on a quiet street in the heart of Westend is a “Walkers paradise”. This rarely available neighborhood is centered between all three major community hubs; Robson street to the North, Downtown to the north, and Denman street to the west. Within a 15 minute walk is the Millennium SkyTrain station. Nearby are popular coffee shops, local restaurants, corner stores and all the amenities that tenants need to make downtown so livable without transportation. The space This attic room is on the top floor, and has its own washroom. This room is very spacious and has a study/working area and living room, but no door between each function area. - private room keypad lock - desk and chair - Queen size bed with comforter duvet -Closet with hangers Guest access -Private bedroom -Private bathroom and kitchen ( stove doesn’t work, and we provide induction cooktop instead). Also, for the kitchen, the microwave oven and induction cooktop cannot be used at the same time. The kitchen is very small, and if you need a fully equipped kitchen, pls do not book. Thanks! -Shared laundry room on ther ground floor (washer & dryer) -Free Wi-Fi -Parking is available at $15 per day, need to book with host in advance - Hairdryer, iron and iron board Other things to note 1. Given this room is on the top floor and the ceiling for attic room is not that high as rooms on the main floor or second floor, during the sunny days, this room will be hot, so we have a air conditioner in this unit that guest can use. 2. This is a very old house, and if you have any allergies or are sensitive to the smell of the old house, pls let me know before you make the booking.
