A great place to relax while listening to the spring-fed brook nearby. Within a 5 minute walk you can get to the Kennebecasis River and a small public park. Within a 5 minute drive you can go swimming at Tucker Park Beach. The space This house sleeps 7 people comfortably (8th person on standard couch) with 2 renovated bathrooms and a bright, new kitchen. There is a large living and dining room made comfortable with a heat pump. Guest access There is parking for a few cars in the driveway and parking on the street is allowed. Other things to note There is a short queen sofa bed (pull out couch) that two can sleep on and a leather couch that one can sleep on.
