Bedroom has double bed, wardrobe and AC, 1 Bathroom (bath and washroom are separate). Living room has AC, seating area and a single bed for 3rd guest. Small balcony attached to living room as well. Kitchen is fully equipped - induction, utensils, fridge, micro, kettle, washing machine, toaster etc. Flat has cable & WIFI. No Parking. The space This homely apartment is located perfectly - near siddhivinayak ( 2 mins walk), dadar station (15 mins by road), Tata Memorial (10 mins by road) and is about 15 mins by road from Lower Parel (depending on traffic). It is fully furnished and well equipped for short or long stays. Ideal for a couple or groups of 3 for their stay in mumbai. The living room has comfortable seating area and a dining table. It has an AC, TV with cable as well. A single bed comfortable for 1 adult. Attached to the living room is a small balcony. Wifi is available and is free of charge. The kitchen is equipped with - induction, water purifier, fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave, basic utensils and cookware. The washroom and bathroom are separate and there is provision for hot water in the bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed, cupboard and an AC. The flat is also equipped with hairdryer, iron as well. Please do note, the building doesnt have an elevator and the flat is on the 2nd floor, guests will have to climb stairs. Also, there is no parking in the building. We provide the following additional amenities in the apartment to get you started – - 1 set of bath and hand towels per person - 1 set of clean sheets and blankets per bed - 1 welcome kit with essentials (soap, shampoo, toothpaste) - Cleaning is provided once a week on a complimentary basis for stays of 7 nights or longer. Additional cleaning is chargeable at INR 450 per time. Guests are requested to discard garbage on a daily basis otherwise it attracts pests. - Bed linens and towels are replaced every 7 days on complimentary basis for stays of 7 nights or longer. Additional linen change is chargeable at INR 400/- per bed. Guest access The entire apartment and shared spaces in the building Other things to note Please note, in the day time there is a sanitation department (BMC), truck that's parked outside the building, we've written to the department to move the truck, but this is outside our control. It has no effect or baring whatsoever on the apartment as such, it's just a visual eyesore when you enter and exit the building hence we thought it would be better to give you a heads up.
