Beautiful house completely renovated. Located in Sablet, a charming Provencal village 10 km from Vaison La Romaine. All shops (bakery, butcher, supermarket, pharmacy) are within walking distance. Come and spend an ideal vacation in our little corner of paradise. You will have the choice between visits, hikes and relaxation around the swimming pool bordered by a large wooden terrace. All you have to do is put your bags down and enjoy the Provencal sun. The space House of 80 m2 on two levels. Adjacent enclosed plot of 300 m2 divided into two: garden of 100 m2 and terrace and swimming pool area (6 m X 3 m) enclosed and secure of 200 m2. On the 1st level, upon entering the house, you will find the main room including a living room and an open kitchen, a laundry room and a toilet. The bedrooms are located on the lower level on the ground floor and thus enjoy a mild temperature even in hot weather. Bedroom 1: double bed 160 x 200 and 1 large wardrobe Bedroom 2: 1 double bed 160 x 200, 1 mezzanine with a double bed 140 x 200 and a large wardrobe. The bathroom and the second toilet are next to the bedrooms. Bathroom: Shower with glass door, 120 cm cabinet with large sink, column and bench. You will have at your disposal sun loungers, electric plancha, garden table and chairs, umbrella, board games. Swimming pool open from May 1st to September 30th. In high season (July and August) rental only from Sunday to Sunday and minimum 7 days.
